Ok. So four stars comparing it with in Bombala and area . It's not the Ritz but it's somewhere to sleep. Friendly, lots of tradies.Watch out for the small room vs large room deal small room has no air con but it does get cool.down there at nightHad tv, fridge, microwave, large shower, electric blankets. Biscuit and coffee

Good points - great shower, clean, comfy bed with basic equipment in room - toaster- jug- microwave and cutlery but old motel with owners making improvements. Great heater for room. Not so good - pricey for condition of motel would be my biggest complaint. No room service on Saturday!
Rooms are extremely overpriced!!!Would of been better of traveling down to Merimbula and getting a $150 room that was actually worth its money.Clearly they have no competition to regulate there price.
Nice place. Cozy rooms and quiet town. Well cleaned and comfortable bed.
