Beautiful little bakery, has beautiful pictures with a descriptive story around the walls. (Available to buy). Pies are delicious.
Genuinely lovely food, with many options. The pies are simply extraordinary (pepper steak was my pick of the day) and fresh pies kept arriving. Lovely indoor eating space and an awesome elephant watches over the outside area. If you're travelling through this region, make the stop. You won't regret it.
A nice cosy place to stop for a rest. Service and vibe was that of a cafe that let's you relax for a bit. The wait wasn't long, although it can get busy suddenly for breakfast / lunch hours but no complaints. They make quality baked goods in store and you won't regret taking the stop. If your passing by they have a small area for assorted jams, relishes and other edibles to buy as a little peek for what's available for the journey ahead.

Well this bakery is a must stop. Great coffee and every style of pie (except camel) you could wish for and damn tasty. And if its a sweet tooth you have there are heaps and heaps of pastries and cakes to suit your palate. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Go Nimmitabel Bakery.
